In Skillrobo, we have three defined components such as tests, skills, and candidates. The term “Skill “ represents the necessary abilities for a particular test or job. We have a comprehensive test library, which includes a wide variety of tests encompassing both non-technical and technical, as well as psychometric and personality skills.
You can create your skill based on your requirements, or you can add skills from the skill library.
After this process, you may start the review process by sending invitations to the candidates via email. Every candidate’s email address will receive the link to the test invitation. A candidate who clicks the link will be taken to the candidate test portal, where they will be judged according to the abilities you provided to the test.
